VACCINATIONS

COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters are not required. However, we do encourage all eligible attendees to get the most recent vaccine/booster.

COVID TESTING

We strongly encourage testing prior to departing for SVWAG Con, especially for those traveling long distances.

SVWAG Con will have some COVID tests available upon arrival.

MASKING

Masks are optional. In this community, masks are welcome for as long as an individual wants or needs to wear them.

Please bring a supply of high-filtration masks (N-95, KN-95, etc) in case COVID conditions change and wearing masks is required.

If you have any moderate or severe symptoms of illness–such as fever, chills, or muscle pains–we ask that you not attend any SVWAG Con event. A refund will be made available to you in such cases.

If you have any mild symptoms–such as nasal congestion, minor cough and/or sneezing, or headaches–we strongly urge attendees to wear a mask at all times when indoors.
